Marcella Dresdale graduated from Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich, Connecticut, in 2006 as Salutatorian. While at the girls' private college prep school, Marcella Dresdale contributed as a member of the varsity field hockey team for four years. A National Merit and Advanced Placement scholar, Marcella Dresdale was presented at the 2006 Greenwich Junior League Debutante Cotillion. A founding member of the student-run Barat Foundation, Marcella Dresdale is particularly interested in the education and welfare of children. She supports the Port Chester Carver Center and Graham Windham, both nonprofit organizations that benefit at-risk children. This passion for children began in high school, when Marcella Dresdale developed cultural curriculum for children from low-income families. In her leisure time, Marcella Dresdale enjoys traveling, skiing, tennis, and yoga. An art enthusiast, Marcella Dresdale contributes to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and The Frick Collection. In 2010, Marcella Dresdale received her Bachelor's degree in History from Brown University.
